Jason Perry is a conscientious professional with over 30 years of leadership, educational, instructional and entrepreneurial experience. His accomplishments in supervision, mentoring and resource development cover an impressive range. He possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with a complementing educational background and leadership experiences.

As the founder and president of Oak Tree Leadership, Jason Perry seeks to empower leaders in schools, churches, homes, and businesses who are leading for a change. It can be easy to recognize that problems exist, but it takes positive, competent leadership to provide solutions. OTL works with leaders to discover and implement those needed solutions. Leaders he works with include teachers and school officials, pastors and staff, fathers, and business administrators.

Jason Perry has extensive experience both nationally and internationally as a conference and retreat speaker. He has also served in several national-level leadership roles addressing issues surrounding youth, mentoring, and leadership development.

He has served the church and kingdom of God in a wide variety of capacities including Sunday School teacher, deacon, elder, campus youth leader with Youth For Christ, youth pastor, associate pastor, senior pastor, and church planter.

As the Co-Pastor at Living Springs Community Church, Jason Perry is primarily responsible for teaching, spiritual formation and leadership development.

Jason is married to Dr. Sharon Perry and is the father of 2 adult children.
